Cancellation and Refund Policy

We can cancel your subscription of Authyo services at any time you place such a request with Authyo.
You agree that no refund shall be provided by Authyo for the cancellation of the services for which money has already been paid.
Notwithstanding anything, cancellation and refund policy is subject to any agreement executed specifically with the customer.

Subscription Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your [Your Company Name] account dashboard. Once cancelled, your service will continue to be active until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section, and follow the cancellation instructions. No Refund for Unused Service
We do not offer partial refunds for unused OTPs or unused subscription periods. Once a subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to the service for the duration of the billing cycle. Any cancellation made during the middle of a billing cycle will prevent the next cycle from being charged, but no refund will be provided for any prior charges. Immediate Cancellation Upon Request
If you encounter any issues with the service or wish to discontinue it immediately, you can contact our support team for assistance. We will process the cancellation request as soon as possible, but the service may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Service Interruption or Failure:
If there’s an extended service disruption due to a technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected period. If the issue persists and affects your ability to use the service, we may issue a partial refund for the disrupted period. Billing Errors
If you believe that you’ve been billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will review the billing details and, if an error is found, we will issue a refund for any overcharges. No Refund for Change of Mind
As a digital service, refunds are generally not provided for cancellations due to a change of mind or for services that have been delivered and used. This includes OTP requests and any services that have been utilized by the customer. Refund Process
