Partner Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Partner Program (“Program”) offered by Authyo (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). Partners will earn a 15% commission on the first purchase made through their referral and a 4% commission on every subsequent purchase. If a partner’s referred user purchases wallet credits, the commission will be 4%. By registering or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”) agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• Any individual or business can apply to become a partner.
• The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Partner Responsibilities

• Promote our services through ethical and compliant means.
• Share only official and approved marketing content.
• Ensure accurate representation of our brand, pricing, and service capabilities.

3. Referral Process

• Each Partner will be provided a unique referral code or tracking link.
• A referred user must register using the Partner’s referral code/link for the referral to be valid.

4. Commission Structure

• Partners will earn a commission on the successful paid transactions made by referred customers.
• Commission rates and tiers may be communicated separately and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Commission will be calculated monthly based on the total verified revenue generated from referred customers in that month.

5. Commission Payout

• Payouts will be made on a monthly basis, within the first 10 business days of the following month.
• Partners must provide valid bank account details or UPI ID to receive payments.
• Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., 500 or equivalent). ₹
• If a customer’s payment is refunded for any reason (e.g., cancellation, failed service), the previously credited commission will be deducted from the Partner’s next payout.

6. Tax Compliance

• Partners are responsible for complying with all local tax regulations and may be required to submit PAN/GST or other documentation before receiving payouts.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
• Any commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the next cycle.
• Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the Program.
• We do not guarantee any level of earnings or business outcomes.

9. Amendments

• The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
