Authyo (operated by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., India) uses the companies below to help deliver its services. They process personal data that our customers send to Authyo (for example, the phone numbers and email addresses of our customers' users) on our behalf. This page is Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement.
We store customer data in India, including the data of the Authyo Shopify app. Some of the providers below process data in other countries, as shown in the "Location" column. Where data protection law requires it, we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. The registered address and contact details of each provider are available on request at info@authyo.io.
Notice of changes
We email every customer, at the account owner's email address, at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor, and we update this page at the same time. To send these notices to another address as well, such as your privacy team, write to info@authyo.io with the subject "Subscribe: sub-processor updates".

Systems run by our own company
Authyo is provided by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., which also runs the SMS IDEA, EmailIdea and Jalpi platforms. Authyo uses these systems for SMS delivery to Indian numbers, email delivery and WhatsApp pricing. They are operated by the same company, in India, and are covered by our Data Processing Agreement. They are not third-party sub-processors.
Not on this list
- Mobile network operators and telecom carriers. The recipient's mobile operator (for example Jio, Airtel, Vodafone or AT&T) and other carriers that deliver a message to the recipient's phone are not sub-processors. They carry messages as public telecommunications providers.
- Sign-in providers. If you turn on social sign-in (for example Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub or LinkedIn), your users' data is shared with that provider under its own terms. The provider acts as an independent controller, not as Authyo's sub-processor.
- Providers you choose. If you connect your own email (SMTP) server or messaging account to Authyo, that provider works for you, not for Authyo.
- Our own account and billing data. Companies that help us manage your Authyo account, payments and our websites (such as payment processors and analytics tools) are listed in our Privacy Policy.
